Confidence really comes down to learning a lot, doing a lot of research, repeating things, and just practice over and over. That's how you build a strong, steady core inside yourself. When you are facing tough times, it's important to be kind to yourself, appreciate yourself, and learn to love yourself. Also, stop putting people and things on a higher level than they deserve. Just stop by when you want, and hold on to that feeling.
